Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We’re fanatical about our customer service, unfortunately sometimes things can happen.
- If you have received the wrong product, or have changed your mind about the color, or style you wanted, feel free to reach out to us for an exchange.
- We are unable to make exchanges after the seal has been broken and the product is opened.
- Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer refunds on orders that have been opened and were received by you longer than 30 days ago.
- If our products arrived damaged, broken or not as we have described in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
